Core Values
Why?
My favorite book is "Start with Why" by Simon Sinek. Starting with why allows for clarity and understanding of the purpose behind actions to inspire to lead effectively.
We start with Why, then ask How
Our Core Methodology: The Architecture of Information

In complex technical environments, clarity is not an accident—it is the result of a rigorous, six-pillar framework designed to transform raw data into actionable knowledge.
DEFINE: The Discovery Phase
Every project begins with a precise definition of scope. I analyze the technical requirements, identify the target audience (end-users, engineers, or stakeholders), and determine the regulatory constraints (ISO, OSHA, FDA). We establish the "What" and the "Who" before a single word is written, understanding the Why behind it all.

STRATEGIZE: Information Architecture
This is the blueprinting phase. I design the hierarchy and metadata strategy to ensure findability and scalability. Strategy involves choosing the right tools (DITA, XML, Markdown) and ensuring the plan aligns with the long-term lifecycle of the product or process.

DELIVER: Quality Assurance & Distribution
Delivery is about integrity. Every document undergoes a rigorous validation process to ensure technical accuracy and compliance. I manage the distribution architecture—ensuring the right information reaches the right person in the right format (PDF, HTML5, or Mobile-ready).
IDEATE: Conceptual Modeling
Documentation is a system. During ideation, I model the information flow. We look at the relationships between concepts, tasks, and reference material. This phase is about brainstorming the most logical structures—whether it’s a linear SOP or a multi-layered digital knowledge base.
GENERATE: Technical Synthesis
Execution of the content begins here. I translate complex engineering data and logistical workflows into clear, unambiguous prose. Using "Single-Source" principles, I generate documentation that is precise, concise, and focused on user-operability.

EXECUTE: Implementation & Maintenance
A system is only as good as its performance in the field. I oversee the deployment of the documentation and establish feedback loops. Execution includes monitoring for updates, managing version control, and ensuring the documentation evolves alongside the technology it supports.
