Create a Killer RFP

Once your stake holders know they will hold an event, and now you need to create an RFP (Request For Proposal) for a hotel and event(s) space.

Here are questions you need to know from your stakeholders first;

Why not invite this market group, distributor, clientele?

Why this hotel and not that one?

Why Vienna not Helsinki? Why are we hosting over the weekend? Why…… Well, we can go on and on, and maybe that’s another post!

• Who is coming and going, when, where and how?

• What’s happening at any given time?

• When does it begin and end, what happens before and after? (whatever it is)

• Where is this going to be? what is the hippest place to visit, see or experience? Make it happen!!
